A selection of the media that is uploaded to AdultFolio goes through a screening process. This screening process enables us to ensure the quality of the media that is uploaded meets a certain standard.
Our internal team of screeners review the media and either approve it or reject it while providing a reason for the rejection.
For an image to go live on AdultFolio, it must receive 2 approvals more than it does rejections. As an example, if an image receives 3 approvals and 1 rejection - it would go live on the platform.
How do I know if my images are in screening?
If you go to Home > Media Manager > Screening status, you can view whether any of your images are in screening, and their current status.
How do I find out why an image has been rejected?
On the screening status page (noted above), you can see any rejection information your image has received
Why don't all images go through screening?
If a members images consistently sail through the screening process going live, then we will automatically grant that member "Instant Publishing Rights". This means that when that member uploads an image, it goes live on the platform instantly without going via the screening team.
This rewards those members whos images consistently meet our rules, whilst also minimizing the load on our screening team.
