Some will have noticed that on my page I state that deposits are only considered if they are 100% reciprocal. By that I mean that if a model demands a £60 deposit before she will make a booking, I expect her to not only return my deposit if she late cancels or no-shows but to also pay me £60 for my losses. How the heck I would ever manage to enforce that I do no know but it felt right making the point.
Now that we have escrow, however, it occurs to me that it becomes a real possibility.
Does the escrow set up allow for BOTH parties to put in identical sums and for the total money to be given to one or the other after the shoot has happened or not happened as the case may be?
