We do have a few local reliable models on our books feel free to ask if you get stuck finding someone to shoot.

 We have lots of privacy outside and inside no praying eyes if the model was worried about any nudity they will feel safe. However please note we do not cater for BG sex movies and we do not allow smoking inside the cottage but feel free to smoke outside.

We have different styled cottage feel rooms with nice natural light, a white photography back drop for your basic shots and pretty areas in the garden. 

We can provide two soft box lights.

We can also provide a bath / shower if needed ( please bring your own towel ) 

We can provide hot drinks & cold drinks ( please bring your own food )

Lots of off road parking available.  

We do require a small deposit when booking ( unfortunately we do not refund if there is a no show as this is not our fault - but will happily refund if you let us know in advance ) 

Please could every photographer or model using the cottage venue take their shoes off when they enter the property as previously people haven’t so sadly they have dragged in all sorts through the carpets. And with covid we want to keep everything clean and safe too. Thank you.
