Who is using January as a “kick up the backside” to get into shape?  Who is looking to reduce the effect of too many mince pies?

I’m looking for motivation/inspiration so I thought I’d start a thread where we can share fitness tips, talk about our progress etc - but in the context of modelling (photographers welcome too!).

What do we think?
