I've been shooting models for a few years but have never bothered with a model release form. Until now, probably naively, I've just relied on informal verbal agreements and agreements on email/DM. I model asked me recently at the end of the shoot whether I wanted her to sign one which is what has got me thinking more seriously about it. If I was going to ask her to sign one obviously I would have presented it to her in advance. I'm assuming this is going to be a minefield but what are others thoughts/experience on this and where do I get one from?
