I've been a member of AdultFolio for a while and the site as a resource for information, meeting other creative characters and just building my knowledge is second to none. AF is an excellent site for finding models. The site is easy to use and there is a large selection of models covering a wide range of geographical locations, body types & shooting styles. Importantly they are all very professional - I rarely get let down and it's always been due to sickness or train strikes! AF is my go-to site these days.
