Hi, I’m Douglas — or Doogal if you prefer. I’m a retired hobbyist photographer who simply loves creating images, especially when collaborating with models. Photography is my creative outlet, my social space, and my favourite way to bring imaginative ideas to life.

? What I Love to Shoot

I’m drawn to styles that allow personality, storytelling, and creativity to shine:

Fashion & Lingerie

Cosplay — fairy, fantasy, sci?fi, warrior, Viking

Topless / Art Nude — never above open?leg; always respectful and pre?agreed

I enjoy working with models of all experience levels and I’m always open to new ideas.

? Where I Shoot

I don’t have a studio, but I’m lucky to have what I call “my outdoor studio” — a secluded, varied location with:

Derelict buildings

Graffiti

Woods

Meadow

Plenty of privacy (though the occasional dog walker does appear!)

I also enjoy shooting in models’ homes or Airbnbs, depending on the concept.

? Collaboration Style

For me, collaboration means shared creativity — nothing more, nothing less. I encourage input from anyone I work with, and I love when a model brings her own flair, ideas, and energy.

I’ve worked with several models so far and genuinely enjoyed every shoot. The confidence, attitude, and creativity that each person brings is what makes this hobby so rewarding.

? Comfort, Safety & Respect

Your well?being is always a priority.

Outdoor shoots can get cold, so I’m mindful of breaks, warmth, and comfort.

I never push boundaries — everything is discussed and agreed in advance.

I’m fully Disclosure Scotland checked.

Chaperones are absolutely welcome. No one should be expected to meet a stranger in the woods alone.

You’re free to message anyone I’ve worked with for references.

? Props, Outfits & Creativity

I’ve collected a good range of props and clothing over time, and I’m happy to source specific items for themed shoots. You’re always welcome to bring your own outfits or props too.

And yes — Wiggly Beezers are sideburns.

? Payment, TFP & Images

If I’m planning a shoot, I pay, unless you prefer TFP or a mix — I’m happy to discuss what works best.

After a shoot:

I send edited images — usually more than you expect.

You’ll get some quickly (the ones that jump out at me).

Months later, I often revisit the set and find new gems to edit and share.

I love the editing process and sometimes work on other people’s images too. If you’d like me to edit some of yours, I’m happy to help — nothing is ever posted without full consent from everyone involved.
