Studio levels up to Art Nude, so nothing explicit I'm afraid. Which may seem odd of me to join this site, but I have had several requests from various models and photographers to join. 

Beautiful studio for hire. Positioned in our fantastic Grade II listed building with authentic Georgian features. Perfect for fashion, lingerie, fitness, jewellery, cosmetics with gorgeous natural light – that can also go completely to black using the original shutters, great for bodyscapes etc.. 

With toilet/changing area, extra large mobile pop-up changing area, patio and garden to chill out in, blankets, mirrors, mirrors and more mirrors. Tea/coffee, WiFi, recycled glass bottled water, biscuits etc. We hope to have everything covered for keeping our visiting models and photographers comfortable.

Right in the centre of the Cathedral Quarter of Derby, easy access to all amenities and parking. The Cathedral Quarter Hotel just over the road if photographers/models/mua need a stay over. Looking forward to seeing what amazing creative images are made here! 

Easy access – on the ground floor. With a couple of parking spaces and with disabled/regular parking on the street outside and multi story car park on bold lane a minutes walk away. No disabled toilet facilities regrettably.

Studio Hire Rates:

Weekdays

1 Hour – £45

2 Hours – £70 (add an extra hour for £25)

4 Hours – £110 (add an extra hour for £25)

6 Hours – £150 (add an extra hour for £25)

8 Hours – £200

Weekends

4 Hours – £150 (add an extra hour for £25)

6 Hours – £200 (add an extra hour for £25)

8 Hours – £250

Allows for up to four attending. For larger groups/workshops above four people there is an extra £10pp day surcharge, £5pp half day. Damaged paper roll charged at £10/mtr. Premium hand-painted backdrops are an extra charge, ask for details. Late Cancellation fees are 50% within 96 hours and 100% within 48 hours

A 100% deposit may be required from new clients.

We will help photographers set up within reason, if you need a full time Photographer Assistant £35/h

Hotshoe Elinchrom Trigger, Polyboards, Reflectors, 3xC-Stands, 3m wide pole and stand for backdrops (up to 3m high – ceiling height), various backdrops.

Various modifiers including large beauty dish, strip box, large octo-umbrellas, snoot. We also have a projector available for creative use. Manfrotto Tripod with hotshoe.

Photographer Shoot Expectations?

Before we confirm our shoot, please take a look at our guidelines for working with models below.

• Please don't touch! You can ask to move something or show a pose yourself.
• The model will only work to the levels agreed in your pre-shoot communications. Please don't push levels.
• Don't enter changing areas unless specifically requested.
• Please don't make romantic or sexual comments towards the model.
• Keep it professional!
