Here in Dumfries & Galloway I feel privileged to be living amidst some of the most beautiful landscapes in Scotland. On my doorstep I have hills, valleys, rivers, streams, waterfalls and beaches. The Galloway Forest Park, is a 10-minute drive from my house, it the largest forest park in Britain covering over 300 square miles of spectacular forest, moorland and lochs rise towards the rugged grandeur of the granite mountains.
