Littlecroft

Littlecroft is a seven bedroom country house set in 17 acres of private grounds close to the Elstree & Borehamwood film & television studios that has been used as an adult film & photography location for over 25 years, & a venue for the infamous Radlett Parties & other swinger & fetish events.

Productions ranging from Ben Dover, Channel 4, Channel 5, BBC, Babestation, publications including Bizarre, Fabulous African & Black, & the majority of UK tabloids through to local pros & amateur photographers have all shot here.
Facilities include main house with 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (all marble tiled) walk in shower, corner bath. Sauna, dungeon, 10m x 5m lounge with large fireplace & dance pole, jukebox.
The grounds include patio, 16m x 6m x 2.5m swimming pool* with diving board, 8 person hot tub, croquet lawn, orchard, woodland, stream with weir, summer huts, two out buildings decrepit tennis court with scrap cars.

Getting here - We are a short taxi ride from either Radlett or Elstree & Borehamwood Stations on the Thameslink line.
By car - we are approximately 10 minutes from the M25 & M1 motorways, plenty of onsite parking with space to accommodate a full compliment of film & TV production vehicles.

*With current energy costs we only heat the pool to order when it is required for a production, approximate cost £350 in addition to normal hire rates. If models are feeling brave the temperature is currently around 10-5 centigrade in the water & poolside on a sunny day 18-20 centigrade.
