Fallen Raven

I have today had the absolute pleasure of a 3rd photo shoot with this fabulous lady. She loves being in front of the camera and the camera simply loves her. The time passed so quickly . She is so interesting to talk to about her life, her animals, volunteering and writing ( she is so talented read her published book “ Echoes of the Slaughterhouse, the mirage”) Raven you are just awesome thank you for letting me photograph you again and look after yourself regards xxx

Managed to organise a shoot with Jess at very very short notice. And I'm so glad I did. Everything worked out perfectly. She is is an absolute delight to work with. Chatty, enthusiastic and friendly and with a really decent and well equipped home studio. Loads of potential sets; good lighting and kit. And an enormous amount of clothes and alternative gear. There was so much to shoot and with such an fun and enthusiastic model I absolutely intend to go back. It was a real pleasure and I can highly recommend working with Jess.

I attended Raven's Home on the hottest day of the year. The shoot was everything I expected. Lots of variety, spectacular backdrops and settings which allowed for a variety of shots. I was made welcome by both Mike and Raven and managed to get some great stills and video. Raven was fun to work with relaxed and easy to direct. The Hot tub was a unique opportunity to capture Raven nude and to concentrate on her spectacular bush. Highly recommended

Today I was lucky enough to have a long overdue second photo session with this lovely lovely lady.
The session just passed by so quick she is fascinating to talk to and fantastic to photograph I so enjoy hearing about her animals, her likes dislikes , her writing ( congratulations on that) .She is quirky , mischievous and serious, an absolute delight to spend time with and her and her dogs who like to be petted. Raven thank you it was an absolute pleasure to spend time with you.

I had the pleasure to work with FallenRaven a week ago. The shoot was done remotely using Shutter App. Raven was great with pre shoot communications which helped prepare for the shoot. Her ability to quickly respond and essentially carry a conversation helped in getting ideas and shoot goals to each other. By the session day we were very familiar with each other and our shoot goals for this session. On our shoot day there were a few things we had to figure out but overall we got good images. Ravens natural look and enthusiasm to produce good images helped in our first shoot together. She is a great collaborator in creating images and look forward to many shoots in the future. She is open to a wide range of ideas and as a result makes it easy to discuss shoot concepts. I highly recommend Fallen Raven to others looking to create good images.

I have for a few years wanted to hopefully have a photo shoot with Fallen Raven, I finally got around to arranging a meet and was so not disappointed. Thank you so much for yours and your husbands welcome and the cups of coffee. Thank you also for showing me around your amazing house and garden and your amazing variety of animals I just loved seeing it all. The photo shoot went by so quick, we never stopped talking , talking about her photo shoots, volunteering at an animal sanctuary and their riding on a huge motor bike visiting various places and Whitby a place I love also. Raven is just so fabulous to photograph she has a large costume selection a studio in the Gothic genre and can be a bit impish mischievous when posing,an absolute delight. I so hope in a month or so to arrange another shoot. Raven thank you so much for a thoroughly enjoyable time with you talking, taking photos talking about anything and nothing a truly fabulous amazing person and model.

Yet another shoot with the fabulous Raven. Themes were discussed and agreed prior to the event and Raven certainly didn't disappoint. If you read my previous references, there is little I can say without repeating myself. Suffice to say, she is a joy to work with and she has become more of a model and more of a friend together with her partner who is only too willing to assist with setting up their studio. Marks out ten, has to be eleven.....! Don't, however, just take my word for it, book her and see for yourself.

It was absolutely great to reconnect with Raven for yet another long overdue photoshoot. On a warm sunny day ideal for some patio shots, Raven appeared dressed for the occasion wearing a pretty summer dress, western boots and nothing else except for the lower fur coat she is renowned for!

After a good while chatting, we eventually got round to shooting some photos. Not too many of a more revealing type but plenty of Raven posing in a suspended cage chair which was positioned on her patio.

Raven is great company, full of interesting conversation and a clever model able to present poses with little direction. I can only give Raven my full recommendation and would strongly encourage working with her.

Here’s to another chapter of enjoyable photography and good company.

It can be difficult to write a review which does not mirror previous ones particularly when the model concerned is consistently brilliant.

Raven, is an intelligent woman and a great conversationalist and very easy to get on with. Her pre meet communications are friendly, informative and her replies if not immediate, are always given within a couple of hours.

She is fun to work with and obviously enjoys her work which in turn makes my visits that much more enjoyable. Raven is unique in more ways than what is most obvious, and I can only recommend her most highly. Hopefully, many togs will follow me in giving their own reference of their pleasurable time spent with this charming lady.

This shoot was arranged at very short notice made possible by the fact that Raven is always extremely quick in responding to her messages and does so in depth.

As usual I was immediately welcomed into her home and we were soon engaged in conversation. Raven is an intelligent lady and has the ability to converse on an extensive range of subjects. So much so that photography can almost become a secondary consideration.

Raven is almost unique in her appearance and in particular her very obvious physical attribute. If you want to produce images of how a woman looks having abandoned a razor below the waist, I can assure everyone that they will not be disappointed by time spent with this very special lady.

The only negative aspect of spending time with Raven is the speed with which the clock hands turn. I highly recommend her to anyone who is prepared to treat her with the respect she commands.

I have had a great time with Fallen Raven at my home studio.
She is so easy to work with and posed beautifully with little direction needed for the ideas that we had agreed beforehand.
She can also adapt the poses as well to give a different slant on them.
She brought a range of outfits so it was easy to pick what to wear for each idea.
Apart from being an exceptional model she is a fun and lovely person.
I have got a lot of good images from the shoot and I am looking forward to shooting at hers next time.
Very highly recommended.

Another super shoot with Fallen Raven in her wonderful studio. We got all the images I wanted, and a few more.
Fallen Raven is so easy to work with, and her figure is absolutely intoxicating and elf like.
She works hard to get the images requested but makes the shoot flow so smoothly.
Makes a good coffee, has so many outfits that I can't even begin to guess how many....
Always an absolute delight to work with this warm, wacky and wonderful model.
Be back soon x

This was a long overdue return visit to Raven and arranged at relatively short notice. As with my previous visit, pre-shoot communication from Raven was excellent and timely.
Raven is a joy to work with if you appreciate her professional approach to her modelling and also enjoy light-hearted but interesting and intelligent conversation which Raven delivers in abundance throughout the time spent with her.
Her wardrobe of costumes and lingerie is amazing as is her range of available props. Her partner is also most helpful in assisting with studio lighting and props when asked. With her obvious and most interesting attributes, working with Raven is a unique experience not to missed and is five stars recommended.

I booked Raven for 3 hours yesterday and can honestly say I was blown away by this lady. An absolute professional, with great communication with several ideas before my booking. Mike assisted and made the day as smooth as possible. It was a fantastic booking all around but the Huskies, oh the Huskies are beautiful! Definitely made 4 new friends! I will certainly be booking again in the near future. Oh and their home studio, is FULL of great outfits, props and lighting, with extremely fair rates for its use, you definitely get your monies worth! Highly recommended.

This was my first shoot with Raven. Pre-shoot comms were excellent, my questions were answered properly and quickly- the shoot was easily arranged.

It was easy to find Raven's home which has ample parking. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Raven, Mike and their lovely dogs. Mike was very helpful with setting up their lighting.

Raven is so easy to work with, we shared ideas spontaneously. Raven can easily work with and without direction, she also has a huge collection quality outfits.

Time passed too quickly, we had a good chat throughout the shoot and some nice cuppas, it would be nice to work with Raven again in the near future.

I recommend Raven 100%.

My second shoot with Raven today. We had a great shoot, really relaxed and fun, with a good flow. I don’t think Raven gets enough credit for her super pre-shoot comms, she always responds and in good time, this makes arranging a shoot really easy . On the shoot, she is friendly, relaxed and chatty which makes for a pleasant process. We got through a few set changes and wardrobe and captured some really great shots. I would completely recommend her. Thank you for a great shoot Raven

Not your standard model - a sparky, independent and very lovely lady. Brews a mean cuppa, too, which always raises my opinion of a model!

The downside today was toothache, but Raven's a trouper, and didn't complain at all: though I think she was feeling pretty rough throughout, she didn't let it show, and we achieved a wide range of excellent results. We experimented right across the spectrum, from infrared to ultraviolet - and that's a challenge for any model.

Thank you, Raven. Excellent work!

Raven and I have been meaning to get a shoot done for ages, and I finally took the plunge and messaged. Raven invited me to shoot at her residence in what I can only describe as a hiddem gem. Access was pretty good from the drive to the back garden where there is a small wood (Not just a couple of trees) and an outbuilding with lighting, backdrops and truly amazing collection of accessories. We shot an Art-Nude set with single light set up in the end, had a couple of Coffee's and a good old chinwag and before I knew it we'd got in the region of 100 shots. A truly relaxed afternoon shoot. I kind of regret not shooting her with her Huskies, maybe next time? Would definitely recommend a shoot with Raven and have to thank both herself and her partner for the hospitality. xx

Have had a second shoot with the delightful duo of Fallen Raven and Marika90. Again this was at Fallen Raven's brilliant home. There are quite a few different shooting opportunities there and Mike is usually on hand if you need anything setting up and he leaves you to get on with it once done.
The girls themselves really enjoy working together and it is a pleasure to take images of them.
I have got some fabulous images and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had wonderful shoot with Fallen Raven yesterday. Pre-comms were excellent, she and her partner were very friendly and helpful throughout. We used their own home studio which was a great set-up. Raven was very accommodating and ensured I got the shots I wanted. The whole shoot was very relaxed, which helped ensure best possible results. It was an all round top afternoon spent enjoying my favourite hobby with a lovely model. Thoroughly recommend Fallen Raven to any serious photog.

Had a lovely shoot with Raven today. She hosted the shoot at her house where she has a purpose build studio, and a huge amount of pops equipment and clothing.

Raven herself if a delight to work with, she is easy going laid back and wonderful to shoot. She is self-posing and also listens to suggestion, in addition she also have her own ideas.

I would highly recommend her to any photographer for a shoot, she is unique and worth every penny.

Look forward to working with her again .
Steve

I have just had a fantastic second shoot with Fallen Raven and a first with her friend Marika90. Precomms were excellent. It was a lovely easy going shoot and the girls needed very little direction and obviously enjoyed working together.

I have lots of images to choose from to put on my sites.

We only used two out of five or more locations available, due to rain, one of which was the studio that her partner had kindly set up for us.

I cannot recommend both girls highly enough.

I had my first shoot with Raven last Tuesday, booked a day home shoot with her last month, it was a successful and fun experience.
Cracking model, funny, easy going and a natural model. Communication arranging the shoot was fantastic and done with ease. Raven poses effortlessly with little direction. She also has some good ideas of her own, which she is happy to input to the shoot. I would certainly recommend Raven to other photographers and I am looking forward to working with her again on our next project

Raven is a joy to work with and is a natural in more ways than one…..! She is very accommodating, friendly and has a very well equipped and diverse location in which to shoot. This includes her very interesting house, a fine studio and a small private woodland forming part of her property. I have not worked with her before but will certainly do so again and I fully recommend her to other photographers particularly if a natural model in ever sense of the word is appealing.

A game model who is not frightened to try new ideas. She is adventurous, gorgeous, friendly, responsive to ideas and generally wonderful!
The shoot took place at her home studio and secluded wooded area - both are fantastic places to shoot. The wooded area is large and varied enough to provide half a dozen different scenes to shoot. It is well shaded from direct sunlight so there are no issues with dynamic range. The studio / dungeon / graveyard is perfectly adequate for shooting full length and more.
Fallen Raven has a can do attitude when shooting and can create some wonderful expressions.
I find her funny, good humoured, great company and a truly exceptional model who can accommodate shoots in a well natured, fun way.
If you have shot with her, you will know that this is the case. If you haven't shot with her, you should really be asking yourself why.
I will be shooting with her again, that's for sure.
And if you want to make use of the studio or the secluded wood to shoot with your own model, have a word with her - she will sort you out and you will have a great shoot.
I know I did!
Thanks for a terrific day! See you again x
