I have had several shoots over the last 2 years at this beautiful studio, and I always love coming back.
An apartment with well thought out, sylish furniture and props, and lighting, we are always guaranteed amazing images.
It is quiet and peaceful there, and very secure, being in a gated complex.
Very reasonable rates too, considering the fact it is in London.
I one hundred percent recommend the Factory studio x

Such natural lighting , and included some studio lights to save photographers from bringing some along . Neutral colours and perfectly lay out and spaced out !

The studio is amazing, with effectively a number of 'natural' (and very high class) living spaces shoot in. It's immaculately clean and beautifully furnished.

Met Peter the owner pre shoot to check out his studio. The studio is 5star quality. Immaculately clean with high quality fittings and furniture. Peter is down to earth and professional. I will definitely shoot here again as this was a fantastic experience. Thank you Peter for being a excellent host.

So much to see, so many backgrounds, and everything just right - the term 'studio apartment' was never more appropriate.
In addition to natural light and modern spots and downlighters, there are a couple of lovely Elinchrom flash units and some continuous sources (which I didn't use).
Delightful place, delightful owner - I plan to return, and in less than 12 years, this time!

Great location offering up a huge variety of possibilities for shots. On site lighting options are varied again offering options for how a shot feels. Friendly owner communication perfect would look to shoot here again

If you compare this to my last reference to the Factory you'll find little difference as there are only so many ways you can say the studio is excellent. It has several large areas to shoot in, the lighting equipment is just what's needed, the props are fun (and change from time to time) and the manager is friendly and helpful. To add to that it is easy to get to from central London. I find myself using this studio again and again.

Another excellent shoot at the incomparable Factory Studio. A wonderful spotless place with many areas that can be used for shooting and many interesting props in a very accessible location. The studio manager is very friendly and helpful.

Incredibly well-specced studio, with multiple scenes / rooms inside, all of which are prepared to a very high quality and with an eye for interior design (looks as good in real life as it does in the profile pictures!). High-standard lighting is available on site for continuous or flash use, and the ktichen bathroom has all the mod-cons,

I have worked with 6 models across 3 shoots at the Factory. It’s incredible guys, in most studios you are lucky to have 4-5 workable spaces and if you are lucky twice, you might be able to find some natural light, the Factory is very very different. Every room is like a 5 star hotel, every room has multiple areas that look amazing, there is the most incredible wetroom I have ever seen, a full wall with paper backdrops and the interior design/colour schemes enhance every shot. I aim to go for the full day so able to work through the natural light to sunset, the huge windows offer beautiful soft natural light and there is plenty of room for multiple lighting set ups for when it starts getting dark. Facilities wise there are high ceilings, a fully functional kitchen and the bathroom is easily suited to lights and strobes. The Studio owner is honestly one of the nicest blokes I have met, supportive, interested/ing and encouraging, I found him really easy to talk to, completely professional but totally personable. Treat this place with respect and you will have somewhere that could easily be the greatest photography space in London.
