Cancellation fees !!!

I know it’s not always possible to know if you're going to be present but unfortunately, I ask for

25% agreed payment if a customer cancels in the period of 24hr and 48hr

50% agreed payment if a customer cancels in the period of a 24hr notice.

100% agreed payment if a customer cancels in the 4hr period prior to the session.

I have a busy lifestyle so I will do my best to reply as quickly as possible and know the cancellation process is so I don't have my time as much as yours wasted xx
