Photoshoot between elt123 and Skylark Studio

I was delighted to run a Studio Day for Emma at Skylark, following on from the success she'd made of her Group Shoot here a few days earlier.

Emma turned up early for the event and came fully prepared, she'd even gone to the trouble of contacting all of the photographers in advance to check if they had any specific requests regarding which outfits she should bring along with her to the event.

All of the photographers really enjoyed their 1-2-1 sessions with Emma, singing her praises and being delighted with the images they'd managed to capture.

Due to a late cancellation, I was able to shoot with Emma myself, and I can wholeheartedly agree with the other photographers' assessments.

Emma was really easy to talk to and work with, she posed effortlessly without direction, and had some great ideas on how to improve various shots and sets.

We had a lot of fun on the shoot and captured some great images, what more can anyone ask?

Emma contacted me as she'd heard good things about my studio, and I was happy to organise both a group shoot and studio day (see separate reference) for her at Skylark Studio.

Pre-shoot comms were great, and Emma arrived early for the Group Shoot and came very well prepared; she'd even taken the time to message all of the photographers individually in advance to ask if there were any particular looks they'd like her to bring etc.

The Group Shoot went really well, Emma posed wonderfully throughout, she made great use of her extensive wardrobe and of the various studio spaces, and made sure that everyone captured some great images.

Emma even dealt gracefully with the couple of hiccups that arose (a dress that wouldn't play ball, and a shower that gave up the ghost halfway through her final set!), and all of the photographers left very happy with their evening's work.

Highly Recommended, be sure to shoot with her whenever you can!

I had my first group shoot at Skylark studio which has been around for years. James the owner is great in organising shoots for models but promoting it himself, so we managed to sell out, having taken deposits. I arrived at the studio where he was waiting. He helped me bring my luggage inside. We waited for togs to arrive. He stayed around for the whole shoot to run it and organise what was going on. It was up to me what outfits to wear and what sets I wanted to do, so I asked other togs suggestions. He offered hot drinks and kindly warmed up my food later. He put the lights up, and backdrops down, and sets into place. He made sure that nothing inappropriate happened. Highly recommending James and the studio

I had my first studio day at Skylark studio which has been around for years. James and I both promoted to get 1:1 shoots. I arrived at the studio where he was waiting for me and togs. He set up lights and spoke to the tog before leaving. He stayed around the corner while the shoots were happening. I used some of the studio clothes. We made good use out of the sets, lights and heating. He even shot with me too. The day went quickly. He offered hot drinks and kindly warmed up my food later. Highly recommending James and the studio to other togs and models
