Adultfolio is a great place to find models.
I particularly like the precision of their working level scale: while other sites only mention if the model does nudes or not, here you can get a more precise information about what exactly they are disposed to do. Something that saves you time, and often avoids misinterpretations...
Besides, the community is big enough to enable me to find a variety of models, they post frequently their tours (my main source of subjects) and the mailbox works perfectly.
