In a micro-budgeted, historically dubious, and horrendously-accented version of the Wild West, "Lady" Clarissa Mountbank, a travelling snake-oil saleswoman, sells the people of Flaccid Falls, Wyoming a so-called potency tonic with some unwelcome side effects.
